Mohan
has over nine years of IT expertise in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space comprising Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Service and Customer Interaction Centers.  Complementing this wide exposure is IT solution deployment experience in both the Large and Mid-Market Enterprise arena, using premium technology platforms such as SAP CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.  Mohan's experience is further enhanced with over eleven years of marketing, sales and distribution functional experience in middle and senior management positions.


In addition to an illustrious career managing and participating in software development and implementation, Hassan Bokhari has over 10 years of work experience with Oceaneering International (NYSE: OII) where he was responsible for manufacturing engineering, operations, and general management functions.  Hassan was an active participant in financial and operational due diligence for acquisitions and lead change management teams.  He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering (UET); MS Industrial Engineering (Oklahoma State University); MBA, Finance & General Management (University of Texas at Austin).

Valerie Romero has an extensive background in strategic marketing, financial management and process improvement.  Her experience spans a variety of Fortune 500 companies as well as small start-up companies that are world-class leaders in semiconductor, computer, pharmaceutical, healthcare and automotive industries.  Whether analyzing and reconfiguring a company’s cost and pricing structure of warranties, training a global sales force or developing strategy for a new computer category, Valerie has a proven track record focused on results to manage projects from conception to completion.

Caesar Gonzaga is a proven customer service leader with over 17 years of experience as technical contributor, manager of customer service personnel, and business leader for key operational and strategic initiatives within corporate and field organizations.  His expertise extends across many areas including management of mission-critical environments, project leadership of strategic initiatives with U.S./global scope, operational support for field and corporate service organizations, and business process analysis/redesign.  Throughout his career, he has led significant projects in collaboration with IT and external vendors that delivered real value, saving the organization millions of dollars.

Prior to his consulting career, Caesar served as a director at EMC Corporation in several operational and functional areas.  Most recently, he was responsible for the development and deployment of field productivity tools.  The business applications deployed delivered automation of administrative tasks, elimination of low-value tasks, and providing wireless, real-time access to enterprise applications.  Preceding this role, Caesar was responsible for global technical operations, including provision of operational support for a 1,000+ member global technical services organization.  Here, he managed business performance metrics, participated in cross-functional projects, and managed internal initiatives.  He also led a team of over 90 managers and staff in Customer Care Support, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Support, Sales Support Help Desk, Organizational Training and Asset/Facilities Management.  This role followed a similar position Caesar held for North American field operations.

Caesar has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.


With 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Arnold Tiglao possesses an excellent understanding of business processes and has the proven ability to enhance productivity by leveraging advanced technologies.  Until recently, Arnold served as the Chief Technology Officer for The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF) where he was responsible for the overall technology direction, including alignment of the business and technology strategies, technology demand-side management and execution of strategic technology initiatives.  Prior to TIFF, he was the Director of Investment Operations and Technology at Liberty Ridge Capital, Inc. (a subsidiary of Old Mutual) where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of investment operations and overall technology infrastructure including the investment accounting and trading systems.  Before Liberty Ridge Capital, Arnold spent 7 years at Wilmington Trust shaping technology applications in the investment accounting and performance measurement arena.
